The best book ever on behavioral, social & culture change

Dr. Herreros new book Homo Imitans takes the reader further from his previous bestselling book "Viral Change" in explaining how we all as Human Beings are influenced by social imitation of others. Albeit as we can see this phenomenon in society and everyday life, strangely enough it has not been taken into account when leaders and consultants deal with managing change in organizations. With this book it is time to understand what change really means and how lasting changes can be orchestrated by the systematic use of Dr. Herrero's five disciplines of Viral Change.
The book is an excellent guide and source of inspiration to all executives, leaders and other practitioners of change in business and organizations, but also at the macro societal level. Read it and it will change the way you think about change! With guarantee.

Having been thrilled to find Viral Change an inspirational read when I first came across the book a few years ago, Homo Imitans takes the concepts even further, in an engaging and thought provoking style. For me, Leandro Herrero has a unique ability to bring theory to life with practical examples, that are often surprising, at the same time as being strangely familiar. I really enjoyed this book.
