Eye opener - great read

Great introduction to the topic of adult ADHD. Extremely concise and to the point. A straightforward and easy read for someone looking to get up to speed on the topic quickly and efficiently. Offers an informative balance between the science and the real-life implications for adults with the disorder, all presented very clearly and for the layman's understanding. Found discussion of alternative therapies extremely interesting in providing a comprehensive overview of treatment alternatives. Left me with a very positive and uplifting message that there is a better life available through treatment for those with adult ADHD.

Thought I had ADHD

Heard the author interviewed on Sirius-xm 's Dr.Radio. Thought for sure I had Adult ADHD. (Now after reading this book I realized I don't :)
This was an easy, informative read. Also lots of resources listed at end of book.
